Parmesan Chilli Green Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cos lettuce, chopped

  • 1 drizzle of olive oil

  • ½ lemon or lime juiced

  • Parmesan, finely grated

  • Sliced almonds, toasted

  • Chilli flakes 

Method

Roughly chop lettuce, add to a large bowl with olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper and toss to combine.

Add to serving plate, top with grated Parmesan, chilli flakes and toasted sliced almonds.
